Management Development
There are two different types of manager in most organisations. The first type get the immediate work completed but rarely, if ever, thinks about the overall organisational goals. Instead they jump from one job to the next in perpetual motion. They work hard and have good intentions, they are committed and enthusiastic, but bring little value to the organisation because they are focussed on the wrong areas.
Other managers are 'Super Managers'. They are focused on the overall goals of the business and add value in every area they touch. They always seem to have time for their people and yet deliver high quality results on time and on budget. The atmosphere they create is full of energy and achievement and although calm in attitude, they bring great urgency.
From my time on the course I have greatly improved my ability to manage my team. Overall productivity is greatly increased and morale is at an all time high. Well done and thank you. - M. McA
